Ordering Policy

• We recommend placing orders at least 3–7 days in advance.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all custom cake orders.
• The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.
• Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and may incur an additional fee.
• All cakes and desserts are handcrafted. While every effort is made to match reference images, slight variations may occur.
• Fresh flowers, seasonal fruits, and other decorative elements are subject to availability and may be substituted with similar alternatives while maintaining the overall design, after discussing with the client.
• Please inform us of any allergies before placing your order.
• Delivery is available within selected areas.
• Pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
